Perform and support the monthly closing process, prepare Balance sheet Reconciliations BSR (Bank, Intercompany, Income, Payroll, AR intercompany, etc), Invoicing for services render, Cash aplication, Bank transactions recording and reconciliation,creation of accounts payables for some services, Payroll journal entries related, etc. 1. General accounting procedures and perform the monthly closing process for Sites. 2. Responsible of invoicing to all intercompanies the services rendered by the site. 3. Performe the cash application for the invoices collected during the month. 4. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations every month for different balance accounts. 5. Prepare on a monthly basis the income and payroll reconciliation. 6. Register and analysis for Hedges on a monthly basis. 7. Ensure the accuracy for taxes recorded, mainly VAT. 8. Generate on a monthly basis the complement of payment for all invoices collected to comply with tax requirements. 9. Treasury, ICA & ZBA. Ensure correct recording and Reconciliation in corporate ledgers. 10. Prepare the accruals for beneffits such as EPS, Estate Tax and Insurances. 11. Actively participate in the Profit Plan process for different areas in the corporate operation. 12.



Prepare Intercompany Transactions, Income / Invoicing Records and Control AR and AP accounts. 13. Support and/or lead department activities related to process improvements and standard work. 14. Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals. 15. Collaborate with the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits for the sites and activities under the scope. 16. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company. 17. LI-KL1 Bachelor degree necessary ( Accounting preferred) 2 - 4 years of experience in finance/ accounting preferred in a multinational company, shared service, or corporate (preferred) Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting requirements essential; sound understanding of Tax regulation Exposure to US GAAP / MEX GAAP reporting requirements SAP /Oracle Knowledge Advanced English proficiency (able to have business conversations) Communication skills and team work capability Ability to operate and deliver independently without day to day supervision
