Summary:
Responsible to ensure an adequate level of inventory by forecasting and executing inventory plan.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review monthly forecast inventory per product and per channel.
Monitor the performance of new products (sales vs. plan) and propose actions to prevent stock out.
Communication with commercial and marketing areas to review inventory forecasting in general and specific (e.g., promotions).
Review inventory requirements for projects.
Communication with suppliers to manage incoming inventory arrivals (advance or delay).
Create weekly and monthly orders to each supplier including third parties.
Maintaining optimal system settings for material replenishment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Management or similar.
One year of experience in inventory planning or related.
One year experience using SAP ERP system desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Advanced written skills in English, spoken skills also desirable.
Analytical skills and detail oriented.
Ability to manage several activities at once in a dynamic environment.
