This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a SharePoint Solutions Architect (.NET / Power Platform) in Mexico.
As a SharePoint Solutions Architect, you will be the technical authority responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform owners to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs. Your role involves shaping automation strategies using Power Automate and Power Apps, guiding best practices, and ensuring architectural consistency across enterprise solutions. You will influence adoption, governance, and clarity of low-code applications while mentoring teams and enabling citizen developers. This role requires a combination of hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Your work will have a direct impact on solution quality, efficiency, and organizational capability in automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Accountabilities:
Own the end-to-end architecture of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Design custom SharePoint solutions leveraging Power Automate and Power Apps as core components.
Define solution patterns, governance models, and architectural standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Automate, Power Apps, and automation strategy, including complex flows and integration with .NET services.
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable low-code application opportunities.




Drive adoption of automation capabilities while enforcing guardrails and governance.
Mentor developers and power users, review solution designs for quality and architectural alignment, and provide guidance in complex or ambiguous scenarios.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development.
4+ years of experience designing and delivering SharePoint Online solutions.
Strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Azure Logic Apps foundations.
Solid experience with .NET / C# supporting services, integrations, or custom logic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, REST integrations, and enterprise governance and compliance.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven) integrated with SharePoint and Power Automate.
Ability to communicate complex architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have: Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, financial services or private equity experience, and Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure).
