Job Description
General Description:
Responsible for maintaining the coordination of the training of all plant personnel up to date on the ETQ Reliance platform, as well as updated users and training groups as applicable to each position. Provide support and training in conjunction with the supervisors of each area so that employees who do not have email can train electronically in a timely manner including also tracking staff with email who can train themselves on ETQ Reliance. Provide support and training in the different ETQ modules to users throughout the plant as required.
GMP training for new hires and follow-up of all personnel to comply with the annual training required by FDA, procedure and in compliance with quality objectives.
Responsabilities:
Keep users up to date with all plant personnel in ETQ Reliance.
Ensure that each employee is assigned to the group that corresponds to them.
Update training groups according to the activities of each position.
Coordinate with the supervisors of each area to register the training in a timely manner for employees who do not have an email.
Follow-up to the training of employees who have email so that it is fulfilled on time by system.
Maintain and notify the metrics of this activity on a weekly basis to all areas and shifts for the timely follow-up of the training recorded on the ETQ platform.
Maintain and report the metrics of this activity on a monthly basis to management and when required.
Provide training in the different modules of the ETQ Reliance platform to all employees in the plant as required.
Provide GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and GDP Good Documentation Practices training to all new staff.
Ensure and verify that all plant personnel take annual GMP training.
Review and update procedures for daily activities based on improvement.
Ensure compliance with the quality objectives previously determined for the position.
Maintain Continuous Improvement through quality projects in the assigned area.
Support and participate in the activities of the QA department: Supplier Alert Program, Quality Week, Teamwork, Projects, GMP Audits, etc.

Experience:
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting
