Job Description
Supplier Identification and Evaluation:
Conduct research to identify potential suppliers for engineering components and materials.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and financial stability.
Prepare detailed reports on supplier evaluations.
Communication and Negotiation:
Establish initial contact with potential suppliers.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure supplier offerings meet project requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all supplier interactions and negotiations.




Prepare and present regular updates to the engineering team on supplier development progress.
Assist in the creation of supplier performance metrics and dashboards.
Support Engineering Projects:
Provide support to ongoing engineering projects by sourcing necessary components and materials.
Work closely with engineers to understand project needs and timelines.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the supplier development process.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing supplier relationships and performance.
