PROJECT SUPERVISOR

DESCRIPTION
Project monitoring service for air handling and conditioning systems.
Support services for HVAC systems, specifically air handling and conditioning systems.
Supervision of field activities according to the construction schedule.
Verification of compliance with technical specifications.
Preparation of physical progress reports and observations.
Coordination with contractors and technical personnel.
Support in the management of incidents and deviations.
Review of technical and administrative documentation.




Participation in progress meetings and site visits.
Creation of supervision reports, construction logbooks (digital or physical), photographic evidence of progress and findings and incident reports and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
Proven experience supervising (3+ years) similar projects as project supervision and management.
Technical knowledge of HVAC.
Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM, NMX, NFPA, local regulations).
Ability to prepare technical and photographic reports.
Experience at an OEM.
Knowledge in Project Documentation.
Fluent English
German desirable
1.5 years contract.
