Expert in the interpretation of testing standards, including ASHRAE 37, AHRI 430, AHRI 390, AHRI *******, ISO *******, among others.
Ability to independently identify and resolve laboratory-related issues.
Define budgets and control expenses.
Plan consumables and manage laboratory resources.
Provide leadership, management, and mentorship to the technical team.
Ensure follow-up and compliance with the established test planning.




Develop and execute training plans on safety topics such as LOTO, HomeSafe, work at heights, energy control, etc.
Interpret test data to identify technical issues in equipment.
Advanced technical proficiency in English.
Create internal procedures and drive standardization aligned with Plymouth laboratories.
