Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations in a safe work environment. Execute the Production Plan on time by coordinating properly the necessary resources in order to resolve manufacturing problems in a promptly way and improve processes that lead to meet external and internal customer demands.Knowledge and involvement in the quality management system LI-KL1 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering required At least 5 years' experience in production supervision, conducting multidisciplinary teams of at least 30 employees Knowledge of the quality management system, Knowledge in grinding and assembly processes.
