Manages the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems/processes (Accounting, A/P, A/R, Payroll, or Credit) in accordance with (1) Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent (2) Panduit policies and procedures (3) Statutory and Regulatory requirements. Provides technical expertise to functional or operational area managers. Manages a staff.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops, designs, and implements accounting practices, procedures, and processes. (20%)
Maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data. Interprets data from accounting records. (15%)




Coordinates accounting services and integrates with operating needs through the management of a team. (15%)
Manages day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with the organization's accounting policies and procedures through the management of a team. (10%)
Participates in annual audits and projects. (10%)
Provides technical expertise and advice to functional or operational area managers. (10%)
Reviews verify and approve transactions and journal entries. (10%)
Creates staff development plans and assesses performance against goals. (10%)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Years of Experience: 5-7 years in Accounting, A/R, A/P, or Payroll
Oracle Fusion experience preferred
English full professional proficiency
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:
Preferred Certifications and/or Licenses: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or local equivalent
