We are currently seeking a Project Coordination Business Analysis Analyst to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). Communications: Assist the Communications team with communications for the CGO and Sales Enablement (SE) team Project Coordination: Support daily operations, manage project statuses, priorities, and deadlines for the SE team Collaboration: Work independently and with internal team leads to meet deadlines and ensure content meets corporate standards * Meetings: Participate in and support status update meetings Surveys: Create surveys and format survey reports Documentation: Assist in creating documentation for programs, courses, and online training Catalog Maintenance: Maintain the SE catalog of programs and courses Organizational Chart: Keep the SE Team's organizational chart up to date Process Improvement: Provide feedback on support process improvements Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required Minimum experience, 2 years: As Project Analyst or similar position Project Management experience, using a project management tool or in Excel coordinating multiple projects Utilizes MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint) About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
