We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support our attorneys by managing a full caseload from intake to resolution. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating medical treatment, managing insurance and property damage matters, organizing case files, and assisting with demand preparation and settlement negotiations. This is a fast‐paced role that requires excellent organization, communication, and proven experience in U.S. Personal Injury law. We receive applicants from all across Mexico.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients; provide updates, answer questions, and guide them through the claims process.
Maintain and organize complete case files (digital and physical).
Coordinate medical treatment; schedule appointments; collect medical records and bills; ensure continuity of care.
Communicate directly with insurance companies and adjusters; open and follow claims.
Manage property damage matters (inspections, repairs, rentals, towing, total loss).
Request and gather police reports, witness statements, medical records, and other essential documentation.
Assist in demand package preparation and support settlement negotiations.
Ensure files are complete and ready for demand and potential litigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications (MUST)

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Case Manager in U.S.
Personal Injury (mandatory). Insurance communications (direct contact with carriers/adjusters).
Property management / insurance‐related communications (property damage handling).
Client medical treatment coordination (treatment follow‐up, records & bills).
Bilingual: English & Spanish (excellent written and verbal communication).
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to manage high volumes and deadlines.
Problem‐solving mindset; able to work independently and within a collaborative team.
$950 - $1,000 a month
