Important integral logistics company is looking for your
talent. Essential job functions: Responds to orders, general client
inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Resolves issues
with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client´s
complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Requirements: Reside in Guadalajara Bachelor’s degree completed At
least 2 years of experience as a CSS Advanced level of English
Strong Excel skills We offer: 100% remote work Monthly salary of
MXN $25,000 (gross) Benefits above those required by law Work
schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. (fully
remote) Days off: Monday and Tuesday
