Skilled Mainframe Dev Changeman Specialist to join our team and support the onboarding and configuration of applications within the Changeman environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and support teams to ensure smooth migrations and updates of applications into ChangeMan
What will your job look like?
• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine which applications will be migrated or updated into Changeman.
• Participate in planning meetings with the ChangeMan team to prioritize applications.
• Join weekly follow-up sessions with application teams undergoing the onboarding process (which may take several months depending on complexity).




• Review and contribute to the Application Profile Form and "Newappl" documentation.
• Configure applications in Changeman alongside SCM team members, developers, and Changeman support.
• Organize and lead pre-Dry Run meetings and Dry Run sessions to validate the onboarding process.
• Work with EPAS, Applications, and other support areas to ensure a successful handover.
All you need is...
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Serena Changeman ZMF or similar SCM tools in a mainframe environment.
• Strong understanding of the application onboarding lifecycle in Changeman.
• Ability to analyze and document application profiles and configuration needs.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple technical and management teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (for documentation and technical meetings).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with z/OS, JCL, COBOL, and related mainframe technologies.
• Previous experience in application modernization or migration projects.
