As a trip organizer to operate independently or freelance 100% from home, you will have the opportunity to create personalized experiences for our clients, working autonomously and taking advantage of your creativity to make each trip unique.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, interests and travel needs.
Design personalized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities and additional services.
Coordinate reservations and confirmations with service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Provide you with expert advice on destinations, activities and travel tips.
Manage trip logistics, including ground transportation and any special client requests.
Stay up to date on trends and news in the travel industry.
Offer remote assistance during the trip to resolve problems and answer questions.




Requirements:
Previous experience in organizing trips or willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
Knowledge of online booking platforms and travel planning tools.
Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.
Connections with tourism industry suppliers is a plus.
