Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
recruitment and selection processes
for
BPS and/or IT profiles
, ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
Handle a
high volume of requisitions simultaneously
, effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
Act as a
strategic partner
to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
Maintain
clear and effective communication
with internal and external clients in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
Quickly adapt to
new processes, tools, and organizational changes
within a dynamic environment.
Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.

Required Experience & Skills
Proven
Talent Acquisition experience within large, general organizations
.
Strong experience recruiting
BPS and/or IT profiles
.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage a
high volume of hiring requirements
.
Excellent
stakeholder and customer management
capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience
