As our
Lead Product Engineer
, you'll play a key role in strengthening the performance, reliability, and competitiveness of our Specialty Fluid Conveyance products.
You will lead high-impact engineering initiatives that support product quality, accelerate technical problem solving, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, with a focus on Quick Disconnect Couplings.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead
complex engineering initiatives supporting existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost-out activities, product dispositions, and design improvements.
Develop
product designs by defining geometry, materials, sealing concepts, and technical specifications while validating design decisions through engineering calculations and analysis.
Collaborate




with cross-functional and global teams, including drafting resources and manufacturing partners, to coordinate prototypes, testing, and product implementation activities.
Apply
advanced engineering tools, structured problem-solving methods, and performance analysis to resolve technical challenges and improve product reliability.
Manage
multiple engineering projects simultaneously while ensuring clear communication, technical reporting, milestone execution, and alignment across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline
.
Proven experience
in product engineering or manufacturing engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of
engineering analysis, advanced problem-solving methodologies, product testing, and technical documentation
.
Experience leading
complex engineering projects
, collaborating across functions, and supporting product improvement initiatives.
Fluent in
English and Spanish
with strong technical communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
