The Production Technician is responsible for executing production operations according to customer requirements, drawings, and company procedures, ensuring compliance with the Quality goals of the Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
Following established procedures, instructions, and formats.
Ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external document changes.
Participating in defining and documenting acceptance and rejection criteria based on manufacturing standards and customer requirements.
Participating in process audits to verify compliance with standards such as AS****, Control Plan, customer certifications, and corrective actions.
Ensuring proper documentation and approval of process or product deviations and obtaining customer approval when required.
Supporting off‐line work as needed (rework, sorting, inspections




Providing technical training to less experienced operators within the production area.
Complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Preparing assigned reports.
Meeting all Quality and Quality System requirements.
Performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma preferred.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the maquiladora industry, or 1 year in a similar role.
Experience oriented to production processes (preferred).
Teamwork and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Discipline.
Focus on order, cleanliness, safety, and quality.
Proactive and responsible.
