Core Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse legal areas and
jurisdictions
in Americas
(primarily Mexico and USA)
, supporting the company's diverse activities across manufacturing, general procurement,
sales
and marketing.
Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with corporate policies and compliance with internal contracting standards, legal frameworks, and governance requirements
.
Communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-legal partners, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk mitigation.
Support the streamlining and standardization of contracting processes, including contributing to playbooks, templates, negotiation guides, and legal tech platform improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as automation opportunities, contract analytics, and legal ops process optimization to enhance efficiency and consistency

assist
with
reviewing,
drafting
and negotiating contracts within various legal
disciplines
and
jurisdictions
.

As a Senior Legal Operations Consultant, in the newly established legal operations function, you will help safeguard our brand and ensure operational excellence by delivering high-quality legal and compliance services with an international scope.
Do you have what it
takes?:
Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Law
or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of contract law, preferably with experience supporting
both
Mexican and
US legal matters
Strong
English and Spanish
drafting skills of contracts across different legal areas and contract types, e.g., marketing, procurement, sales, etc.
Collaborative, curious, and proactive mentality with a "can-do" attitude
Experience from a similar role within a corporate legal department
,
legal service
provider
or law firm
Excellent organizational skills
and
attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple
tasks
,
meet
d
eadlines,
and service
level expectations.
Proficiency
in MS Office and comfort with legal tech platforms
Strong communication
skills for cross-functional collaboration and to communicate complex legal concepts and obligations clearly to non-legal partners
Interest in developing
expertise
in legal operations
Understanding of and curiosity around legal tech and AI solutions for contract work
Experience with US contract law across different legal areas
Familiarity with contract management tool

Experience from working in an international environment
