ALTEN Mexico is hiring a Performance Feature Specialist/Designer JR
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement performance features in software applications or systems
Participate in the analysis and evaluation of performance requirements and specifications
Create and execute performance test plans and strategies
Conduct performance testing and evaluate results to identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues
Optimize performance features to improve efficiency and responsiveness
Work with software engineers and designers to implement performance enhancements
Document performance testing processes and results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
1-2 years of experience in performance engineering or related role
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
Proficiency in performance testing and monitoring tools
Experience with performance tuning and optimization
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for performance improvement and software quality
