Job Description Summary
Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Aero Services P&L.; In this role, you will provide strategic finance and cross-functional leadership to the Aero Services organization to help drive orders, revenue and margin. This leader will also partner the Aero Services Business line leaders, as well as work in close connection with pole and functional partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
Support Aero Services GM & CFO by leading the Aero Services business in critical FP&A; activities including, but not limited to:
Major planning cycles: Budget, Strategy, Long Range Forecast, Early Reads
In quarter pacing/forecasting/Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR)
Performance management & external reporting, including Investor Relations
Driving analytics and operational improvements in operating performance across the business
Lead Services team, and form a close relationship with poles, as well as cross-functional partners, to the business meet operating KPI and key financial targets, including (orders, reservation agreements, adjusted RPO, revenue, GM, billings, FCF, backlog, FPC, and SG&A;)
Lead simplification initiatives for Services FP&A;, utilizing lean principles and problem-solving methods to drive efficiency and automation (e.g., Central pacing process, Power BI implementation,
RPO & SIOP digitization)
Prepare and support presentations (Budget, Long Range Forecasts, Long Term Strategy, and Monthly Operating Reviews) required to communicate Services financial position and progress towards strategic, operational, and financial objectives to Aero, Gas Power, and GE Vernova/Corporate leadership
Maintain systems & processes for analyzing and reporting operating results to management, including partnering with IT to drive system automation and process optimization when needed
Lead the pursuit of excellence in controllership (e.g., adherence to GE policies, transfer of best practices, internal controls, etc.)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Minimum significant experience of Finance
Previous experience in a Gas Power Business leading change
Able to influence key finance and operational stakeholders as well as technical teams
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
