Accountabilities:
Monitoring and managing accounts receivable orders to ensure accurate processing and timely handling.
Reviewing, approving, or rejecting AR orders based on established policies and compliance standards.
Identifying and assessing potentially fraudulent transactions and escalating concerns when necessary.
Following up with clients via phone or email regarding order status, payment details, or required clarifications.
Providing accurate product information and resolving inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and internal procedures to ensure service excellence.




Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within AR processes and customer service workflows.
Requirements:

Previous experience in accounts receivable, order management, finance operations, or customer support roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or irregular transactions.
Experience handling customer communication via phone and email in a professional manner.

Good organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
High level of accountability, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
