What You'll Do
Establish and Manage Agent Infrastructure – Create and configure new agent IDs within our systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational readiness
Optimize Global Distribution Systems – Update and maintain GDS codes to support accurate ticketing and vendor connectivity across our global network
Ensure Financial Accuracy – Perform comprehensive credit card reconciliation and research daily deposits from multiple vendors, maintaining the integrity of our financial records
Drive Process Efficiency – Process daily fee reversals with precision and manage month-end procedures that keep our operations running smoothly




Deliver Client Insights – Generate weekly ticketing reports that provide clients with actionable data and transparency into their travel spend
Strengthen Financial Controls – Collaborate with the team to complete monthly bank reconciliation journal entries, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all accounts
Execute Data Management – Perform accurate data entry functions that support decision-making and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
Bilingual English - Spanish
Proven experience in accounting and finance with a preference for travel industry background
Hands-on experience with accounting software platforms (NetSuite, GMAX, or Agresso preferred) and advanced Excel/MS Office skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
