We are a global Talent Acquisition team of 17 professionals working across 7+ countries, supporting a fast-growing international tech organization of 1,700+ employees worldwide.As we continue expanding in Latin America, we are looking for our
first Recruiter in Mexico
to help build and scale our local presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape recruitment strategy from the ground up in a new market, with strong support from a global TA team. We combine structure with agility, value ownership and initiative, and believe that hiring top talent is a strategic driver of business growth.
What You Will Do:
As our first TA representative in Mexico, your role will be heavily focused on proactive sourcing and market development:
Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, with a strong emphasis on active sourcing and talent mapping;
Build talent pipelines from scratch for current and future hiring needs in Mexico and LATAM;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify top talent pools and sourcing strategies;
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies;
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels to attract passive candidates;
Develop and strengthen the employer brand in the Mexican tech market;
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to pre-onboarding;
Collaborate with the global TA team to share insights, best practices, and market intelligence;
What You Bring:
1+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, with strong hands-on sourcing experience;
Proven ability to build pipelines proactively rather than relying solely on inbound applicants;
Experience working with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.) and ATS systems;
Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to confidently discuss tech stacks with candidates;
Solid knowledge of the Mexican tech talent market;
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (you will work in a global environment);
Data-driven mindset and ability to track sourcing and hiring metrics;
Basic familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus;
Self-starter mentality: comfortable working autonomously while being part of a integral team;
