Engineering Change Orders and labor quotes to ensure the most effective and efficient operations. Apply advanced knowledge of Design for Manufacturing Guidelines in order to make appropriate requests of the customer and optimize the manufacturing process. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher is preferred. Five (5) years of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of equivalent industry experience is preferred. Preferably two (2) years in a supervisory or project leader role.
