Your Role
As a




Senior Product Manager
, you will define and drive product strategy end-to-end, aligning business goals, user needs, and technology to maximize product impact in an AI-first environment.
Lead
product discovery
, including user research, problem framing, opportunity identification, and hypothesis validation
Define and communicate
product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs
aligned with business objectives
Translate strategy into execution through
PRDs, user stories, and backlog prioritization
Drive
cross-functional alignment
with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders
Facilitate
agile ceremonies
(planning, grooming, retrospectives) and ensure smooth product delivery
Manage
product lifecycle
, from ideation to release and iteration
Analyze product performance using
metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation frameworks
Run and evaluate
A/B tests and experiments
to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes
Continuously iterate based on
user feedback, data insights, and market signals

Who You Are
4+ years of experience in
digital product management
Strong experience with
product discovery methods
(interviews, JTBD, hypothesis-driven development, experimentation)
Solid understanding of
product analytics
(funnels, cohorts, A/B testing)

Experience working with
UX, Engineering, and Data teams
Strong understanding of
technical constraints, trade-offs, and system implications
Experience with
agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Proven ability to deliver
