We are looking for a process-driven and tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to support our Optimization Team. This role is responsible for managing the full support request lifecycle, administering the Power BI portal and dashboards, and ensuring smooth coordination between Optimization and Finance.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workflows, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer the Power BI portal and dashboards
Oversee and manage all Optimization support requests end-to-end
Track, organize, and prioritize incoming requests
Send follow-ups and communications using established templates
Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Assess portal functionality and suggest improvements or action steps
Coordinate with Finance on transfers and related processes
Maintain documentation and ensure process compliance
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, process management, or similar roles
Experience working with dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
Strong Excel skills
Experience managing workflows or support processes




Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally

Experience in process improvement environments
Experience supporting operational or analytics teams
Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions
