About the Role:
We're looking for a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead all maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, improves reliability, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.
In your future role as Maintenance and CapEx Manager, you will:
Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utilities).
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate corrective interventions to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and contractor oversight.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPIs.
We believe you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
5+ years of plant maintenance experience in chemicals, pharma, food, plastics, or similar manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, utilities, reliability, and preventive maintenance.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish (fluency required).
Availability to work onsite 5 days per week at our Los Reyes site.
Nice to Have
Experience in specialty chemicals or process manufacturing.
Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies.
Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance systems.
Good to know:
This is a permanent, full-time, fully on-site role 5 days/week at our plant in
Los Reyes (La Paz).
