The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with OEA Standard 4 by completing all requirements related to the annual audit program in a timely and accurate manner. The role is responsible for providing information requested by SAT regarding MRO and direct commercial partners for materials and services. This includes direct interaction with suppliers, gathering documentation, and adhering to legal and internal control processes. The position also supports training, audit tracking, and coordination of both internal and external OEA audits. A. Monitor and ensure compliance of suppliers with integrated sourcing processes and OEA requirements. B. Actively participate in the OEA committee to support adherence to standard requirements. C. Oversee and ensure timely completion of annual OEA supplier audits. D. Serve as an active OEA auditor during internal and external audit processes. E. Follow up and close all audit findings, ensuring proper documentation and evidence of closure. F. Support internal teams by responding to inquiries and providing required audit information. G. Participate in the purchasing process to ensure alignment with OEA standards. H. Lead and facilitate meetings required to report audit progress and ensure execution within established timelines. I.
Understand and apply Purchasing, Logistics, and OEA committee procedures during annual audits. J. Perform additional tasks related to Purchasing to strengthen expertise aligned with OEA requirements. LI-DS2 Quality standards A. Bachelor's degree in international Trade or a related field B. C. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) D. Strong customer service orientation F. Proactive, results-driven approach G. Strong communication and coordination skills, including foreign purchasing management A. Commodity Management. Knowledge of end‐to‐end commodity management processes, including supplier selection, material purchasing, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. B. Intellectual Property Awareness. Understanding of proprietary rights and confidential information developed or acquired on behalf of the organization, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, technical data, and business information. C. Sourcing & Supplier Selection/Management.
