Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and stakeholders
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation systems
Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking




Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external legal professionals
Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filing schedules
Support litigation preparation, including discovery and document review
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards and procedures
2+ years of experience as a
Paralegal
, Legal Assistant, or similar role
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures
Experience with contract drafting, legal research, or compliance support
Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Experience working with international clients (UK/US) is a plus
