We are hiring a
Senior Social Media Strategist
to manage and grow premium wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands through strategy-led content.
This is
not an hourly execution role
. It is a
deliverable-based collaboration
designed for experienced operators who take ownership of client results, communication, and strategic direction. You will manage client accounts end-to-end — from monthly planning to performance optimization — while coordinating VAs, editors, and collaborators.
The role is structured to be
scalable
. You will begin with one client account and, based on performance, progressively take on additional brands. Strong strategists who build efficient systems and batch workflows are able to manage multiple clients successfully.
This position is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, accountability, and long-term growth over fixed schedules or hourly billing.
Work Structure & Availability
Remote freelance collaboration
Partial overlap with U.S. time zones (EST or PST) required
No fixed 9–5 schedule, but responsiveness during business hours is essential
Deliverable-based work focused on outcomes rather than tracked hours
Compensation ranges
$500–$700 per client/month
, depending on scope and complexity. The more clients, the more payment.
Typical Client Scope
A standard client account includes:
Managing
8–16 monthly content pieces
(Reels and carousels)
Writing captions aligned with brand strategy and conversion goals
Monthly content planning and strategic direction
Light ongoing client communication
Overseeing content scheduling (executed by a VA)
Supervising UGC outreach coordination (executed by a VA, strategist provides oversight)
During the first month, strategists learn the full workflow end-to-end.



As performance is proven, operational tasks may be delegated to VAs, allowing greater focus on strategy and scaling to additional clients.
Key Responsibilities
A typical client includes:
8–16 content pieces per month (Reels + carousels)
Caption writing
Monthly content planning
Light client communication
Content scheduling (executed by a VA but initially overseen by the freelancer)
UGC outreach coordination (VA executes outreach; strategist oversees and occasionally supports depending on seniority)
3–6+ years managing social accounts end-to-end
Understands strategy before aesthetics
Demonstrated experience with
premium luxury wellness and beauty brands
Experience in an
agency environment
supporting multiple clients OR freelancing with multiple brands
Worked with businesses that use social media to generate
sales, leads, or client bookings
(medical clinics, beauty clinics, salons, shops, etc.)
Is comfortable owning client communication
