About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Advertising professional to own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.
This role sits at the intersection of hands-on campaign management, performance strategy, and client communication. Depending on experience, you'll either focus on execution with growing strategic exposure or lead complex accounts and contribute to higher-level decision-making.
2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing
Experience managing campaigns across at least 2 major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results
What You'll Do




Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing)
Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
Manage budgets and pacing, identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy strategy
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Support or lead client communication, including performance reporting and strategic discussions
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media with broader marketing strategies
Maintain testing roadmaps and continuously iterate to improve results
Adapt strategies based on performance trends, platform changes, and business goals
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance

Consistent improvement in campaign performance and efficiency
Strong ownership of accounts with minimal oversight
Clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams
High attention to detail with accurate and error-free execution
Contribution to client retention and long-term growth
Base salary:
USD $3,000+ per month, negotiable based on experience and skill level
Additional commission opportunities available depending on performance and client impact
Full-time role with standard business hours aligned to
EST, PST or CST
Unlimited PTO + National Holidays
