Main Responsabilities
Create and maintain scalable, reusable components
,



templates, and design tokens to ensure consistency and accessibility compliance.
Partner with engineering
to achieve 1:1 parity between design and coded implementations (e.g., Qt QML, React) and resolve implementation challenges.
Support and optimize design-to-development workflows
to deliver high-quality, production-ready UI screens for embedded systems.
Support design system governance
by implementing approved enhancement requests, assisting with audits, and providing Figma guidance to design teams.
Conduct component and visual audits
to ensure compliance with typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
Validate accessibility standards
and mentor teams on inclusive design best practices.
Develop detailed usage guidelines
, support onboarding and training sessions, and assist leads in tracking component health across product teams.
What Skills You Need
Four+ years
of experience in UI/UX fundamentals (interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability).
