Electronic Validation Engineer
who will ensure that alternative electronic components used to replace End‐of‐Life (EoL) parts continue to meet all
functional, safety, reliability, and compliance
requirements within automotive ECUs. They conduct
risk‐based delta validation
, design and execute
test plans
, analyze results, document technical reports, and work with cross‐functional teams using tools such as
JIRA, PLM systems, CANoe/CANalyzer, Siemens Capital, Altium, and Ansys

Key Responsibilities
Perform risk-based delta validation for redesigned or replacement electronic components.
Ensure all component changes meet functionality, safety, reliability and compliance standards (
ISO *****, A-SPICE, AEC-Q100/Q200).
Create and execute validation plans, test methods and traceability per requirements.
Analyze test results, KPIs and prepare technical reports for internal and customer teams.




Work cross-functionally with Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
Use key engineering tools such as
JIRA, Arena PLM, 3DX, CANoe/CANalyzer, Siemens Capital, Altium, Ansys
.
Must‐Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in automotive electronic validation.
Experience with:
Electronic validation & test execution
Risk & impact analysis
Test plan creation and requirements traceability
Data analysis & technical reporting
Knowledge of industry standards (ISO *****,
ASIL, A‐SPICE
, AEC‐Q*******).
Experience using
CANoe/CANalyzer
,
Siemens Capital
,
Altium
,
Ansys
.
Hands‐on experience with
Arena PLM
,
JIRA
.
Familiarity with component quality and
PLM workflows.
Strong understanding of system and component r
equirements management.
Experience with
MATLAB, SIMULINK and LabVIEW

Valid visa
for international travel (e.g., U.S.).
