Location: Remote Employment Type: Full time Experience Required: Minimum 4 years About the Role: Radar Hire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to support a fire alarm and construction services company based in California. As the main point of contact for scheduling and service coordination, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and top-tier client satisfaction. This position is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong sense of ownership over their work. You’ll work closely with technicians, clients, and the leadership team to keep projects moving and clients informed. Key Responsibilities Manage daily scheduling for service calls and inspections Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service-related calls and emails Update the CRM and project calendar with new requests, technician notes, and follow-ups Communicate effectively with field technicians to ensure alignment on job schedules and priorities Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and document resolution of service tickets Provide estimating support for fire alarm systems (preferred, but not required)
