Our client is a fast-growing DTC pet brand — hundreds of thousands of customers across North America and scaling fast. They're building out their paid-creative engine and need a Meta ads designer who can ship high-volume, test-ready Meta ads without sacrificing quality.
This is not a brand design role. Pretty doesn't always convert — the right combination of hook, copy, layout, and visual hierarchy does. You'll be producing scroll-stopping statics for Meta — Facebook and Instagram — fast, clean, and built to perform.

Design high-volume static ad creatives (single image, carousel, collection) for Meta — Facebook & Instagram feed, Stories, and Reels
Produce multiple size variations per asset (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1) and rapid iterations for creative testing
Design direct-response layouts : benefit callouts, before/afters, testimonial ads, social proof, offer ads, native-style problem-led creative
Iterate based on performance feedback — refine what's working, kill what isn't

3+ years designing static ads for DTC/ecom brands on paid social — not brand, print, or editorial work
~ A portfolio that shows performance-oriented work — scroll-stoppers that convert, not just pretty visuals
~ Expert-level Figma + Photoshop/Illustrator
~ Strong grasp of direct-response design principles : hierarchy, contrast, readability on small screens, instant communication
~ Self-directed: you move fast across briefs and brand voices without hand-holding
