Continuous Improvement (CI) is a critical pillar of this strategy and a key driver of success. n nThe NAC Operational Excellence Lead Analyst is responsible for the handsu****on execution of continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering assigned CI projects, supporting process standardization, and enabling efficiency improvements across the organization. In addition, this position will champion education on the benefits of CI across controllership. n nJob Responsibilities nu**** Continuous Improvement Execution n\- Execute assigned workstreams within CI initiatives under defined scope and direction. n\- Perform detailed process mapping, data analysis, and rootu****cause identification to support solution development. n\- Apply standard CI and problemu****solving tools to implement improvements, not design enterprise frameworks. n\- Validate improvements through data tracking and postu****implementation reviews. n\- Maintain detailed action logs, issue tracking, and execution dashboards for assigned initiatives. n\- Support project managers and OpEx leadership with status updates, risk identification, and mitigation tracking. n\- Execute user testing support, data validation,



and postu****gou****live stabilization activities. n\- Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials to support adoption and sustainment. n\- Support benefits tracking related to efficiency, quality, and capacity improvements. n\- Assist in documenting and reinforcing controls impacted by process changes. n\- Support audit readiness by ensuring updated process documentation and standard work are maintained.nn## Qualifications:nnEducation level required nBacheloru****s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.nnBilingual English - Spanish n nYears and area of experience required n\- 3+ yrs of experience with experience executing medium to large CI or process improvement initiatives. n\- Clear understanding of CI- Problem solving tools n\- Working knowledge of end to end BPI process as a CI/Lean team member n\- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, provides solutions and delivery, timely results. n\- Process oriented and collaborative approach n\- Able to understand regional process differences and support evaluation of standard practices under guidance. n\- Prior experience in finance or accounting preferred n\- Lean / six sigma certification preferred n nTechnical knowledge n\- Basic understanding of (Oracle/SAP - Preferred) n\- Experience supporting ERPu****enabled process changes (testing, validation, stabilization).
