As a Project Manager, you will lead complex software projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, high-demand environments, applying Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Your role will involve translating business requirements into precise technical specifications, managing risks, and facilitating smooth communication across stakeholders. Accountabilities:
Gather, formalize, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Translate functional needs into clear technical deliverables, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage project schedules and oversee the timely delivery of software components.
Coordinate development, testing, and simulation teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Define and supervise test plans to guarantee high-quality outcomes.




Facilitate resolution of dependencies between technical areas and report progress transparently to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in Project Management.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects, connecting business analysis with technical execution.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in process modeling and technical diagramming (UML, BPMN).
Knowledge of quality management, testing frameworks, software architecture, and simulation concepts.
Strong planning, schedule tracking, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to thrive in fully remote and collaborative environments, balancing operational leadership with team empowerment.
