Project Objective
Support Planning and Development processes
Challenges for the Students
Outreach to audiences at all levels, continuous communication with stakeholders, and project management using sprint methodologies. Experience in using and analyzing data through Excel, Power BI, and similar tools for database management and programming (SQL and Python). Process automation, as well as the creation of dashboards and reports.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
Development, design, and implementation of dashboards and reports.
Database analysis and data cross-referencing to support talent-related decision-making.
Process automation.
Monitoring and continuous improvement of talent selection processes for program participation, activity compliance, and KPI development.
Support in administrative activities within the area.
Implementation of talent development strategies
Specific Requirements / Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in English.
Advanced Excel skills.
Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, and Power Apps.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Outgoing, proactive, team-oriented, self-directed, and self-taught.
