-Serve as the primary liaison between the Regional Engineering team and site-level Product Engineering functions. -Lead the deployment and successful launch of all General/Regional engineering initiatives, ensuring effective communication and tracking across sites. -Capture and translate site-critical needs and operational challenges into actionable items for the Regional leadership team. -Drive site capability and accountability by ensuring teams are trained, systems are supported, and standards are met. -Maintain strategic influence at manufacturing sites through scheduled Monthly and Quarterly meetings and visits. -Develop innovative tools and frameworks to assess, capture, and elevate Product Engineering capability and talent across the region. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
