Job Description
Senior Wellbeing (HSE) Supervisor role based in El Salvador, leading HSE/Wellbeing initiatives with regional scope (MX/GT/SV). Ensure legal compliance and drive ISO *********** performance, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HSE/Wellbeing programs across sites; partner closely with Operations, HR, and Real Estate.
Ensure local legal compliance and maintain audit-ready management systems.
Drive ISO ***** & ISO ***** activities (audits, corrective actions, evidence control, continuous improvement).
Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture through trainings, prevention plans, incident follow-up, and reporting.
Requirements
3+ years in a senior HSE/EHS/SST role with proven leadership and cross-functional influence.
Hands-on experience with ISO ***** and ISO ***** (implementation and/or audits).
English level B2 (conversational).
Strong communication,



stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence; ability to work with on-site and remote teams.
Availability to work on-site and move between company locations in Mexico
