The Spanish Group is an international translation and language solutions company serving customers across the United States and worldwide. We provide certified translations and professional language services for individuals, businesses, legal professionals, universities, healthcare providers, and organizations in over 90 languages.

As we continue expanding, we are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialists to help generate new business opportunities and introduce new customers to our services.

This is a remote, commission-only opportunity structured similarly to an affiliate/business development partnership. We are looking for independent professionals who are confident generating leads, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

This is NOT a traditional customer support or hourly sales position. We are looking for proactive professionals focused on outreach, networking, relationship building, and customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Conduct professional outreach to potential customers and organizations
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Introduce customers to our translation and language services
- Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate solutions
- Help drive completed sales through relationship-based communication
- Maintain organized communication and follow-up

Adecuado Candidate:

- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience in business development, lead generation, outreach, partnerships, networking, or sales
- Comfortable communicating professionally with potential customers
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented




- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Previous remote work experience preferred

Compensation Structure:

- Commission-only structure
- 15%–20% commission on the first completed order from new customers you bring
- Ongoing 5% commission on future completed orders from those same customers
- No capped earnings
- Long-term residual earning potential
