About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals — recent graduates or experienced professionals — eager to grow in the fields of international sales, insurance, and healthcare.

As an International Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in developing client relationships and delivering value through top-tier insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound client communications
- Manage international health insurance sales from lead to close
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients
- Educate clients on insurance products, policy terms, and coverage
- Track and update client interactions and leads using CRM in-house tools

What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
- Good level of communication skills in Portuguese, Italian, German, and Chinese,



sufficient for professional interactions, is a plus
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and account management abilities
- Background in international business or multicultural environments
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
