Job Summary

The Programming Engineering Technician (Support ) will be based in Guadalajara North.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be doing:

- Database maintenance and administration.
- Executing updates for the HOTSPOT application.
- Providing technical support for the application.
- Developing tools and implementing continuous improvements.
- Process optimization.
- Generating and automating operational reports.
- Monitoring and resolving incidents related to databases and web applications.
- Developing and improving front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Implementing continuous improvements to existing systems and tools.
- Managing and maintaining servers related to the department's applications.
- Documenting processes, developments, and changes made to the app.

Essential skills for the role:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of programming and software development.
- Experience with the C++ programming language.
- Knowledge and handling of Apache.
- Experience with MySQL database administration and querying.




- Knowledge of server administration and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience in web page development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical incidents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Availability to work the 1st shift.
- 100% on-site work arrangement.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
