About Us:

Emphasoft is a global IT solutions provider specializing in custom web/mobile application development and staff augmentation services. As we expand with exciting new projects, we're seeking a motivated Sales Manager to grow our client network.

- Drive active B2B sales — starting with a cold database plus a small pool of previously engaged but inactive leads.
- Perform independent cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities.
- Identify client needs and present our services effectively (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, software development).
- Work with CRM (Pipedrive) to track leads, pipeline, and activities.
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling.
- Experience selling recruitment, IT services (B2B), outstaffing, or complex tech products.




- Strong ability to handle objections and push deals to closing.
- Self-starter — able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Result-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Fluent English (C1 — ability to call, negotiate, and write professionally).
- Experience selling dedicated teams / T&M; / staff augmentation.
- Existing network of tech decision-makers (CTO, HRD, Head of Engineering).
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM.
