APPOINTMENT SETTER – REMOTE | TIJUANA/ROSARITO AREA

Are you a confident communicator who loves connecting with people and staying organized? We're a San Diego-based company with team members already in Tijuana and Rosarito, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented appointment setter to join us remotely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the first voice our customers hear, following up on leads from shows, events, and Meta campaigns, booking appointments, and keeping our pipeline moving. You'll work within GoHighLevel (GHL), where every call is recorded, every lead is tracked, and every follow-up is scheduled. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and a genuine enjoyment of conversation.

- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day (~10 calls/hour)
- Respond to and qualify incoming Meta leads
- Book appointments and secure ship-in orders
- Update GoHighLevel after every call, no exceptions
- Conduct email campaigns and follow up on scheduled cadences
- Enter and manage leads with accuracy and attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Based in Tijuana or the surrounding area
- At least 80% fluent in English with a clear, pleasant speaking voice and limited accent
- Engaging, friendly personality that puts people at ease on the phone
- Strong organizational skills, you're good with scheduling, mapping, and details
- Reliable home office setup: your own computer and phone in a quiet place free of distractions




- Skilled with CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
- A self-starter who meets deadlines and quotas without hand-holding
- 44 hours per week
- Base salary: 20,000 pesos/month
- Performance bonus: 200 pesos per appointment or ship-in order secured
- Minimum quota: 36 appointments/month, hit it and you earn at least 27,200 pesos/month
- This is a contract position, you are responsible for your own taxes and health expenses
- Payment via direct bank transfer through Wise
- All leads are opt-in. No cold-calling!
