New Horizon IC (NH Seguros) se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Analista de Siniestros bilingue en Ciudad Juárez, Hermosillo o Reynosa.

The adecuado candidate will have:

- College degree required.

- Fluent in English and Spanish - verbal and written.

- Good customer service skills

- Ability to reach and collect data.

- Experience with an agency or insurance company (Preferred)

- Detail oriented

- Desire to work with a team.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills

- Ability to prioritize projects and capability to work with confidential documents.

- Good computer skills with ability to quickly learn new systems.

- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds, accuracy, high concentration, focus, and ability to find and correct mistakes.

- Assist policyholders and agents with any questions or problems they may have related to insurance claims.
