We're Hiring: General Accountant

Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico
Salary: MXN $35,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team. The adecuado candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the company's accounting operations while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English (Mandatory). Ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant in a manufacturing or international company.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Knowledge of budgeting, account reconciliations, general ledger, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's general accounting activities.




- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Coordinate audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and corporate teams, including communication in English.
