Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Confie Tijuana

Overview
We support consumers by connecting them with licensed agents who help them enroll in Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans. Many plans can be $0 per month for eligible customers, which makes the offering easier to present and increases conversion opportunities. The role focuses on identifying qualified prospects and ensuring a fast, efficient transfer experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly introduce the purpose of the call.
- Assess customer interest, eligibility indicators, and availability to speak with a licensed agent.
- Pre-qualify callers based on defined criteria for ACA healthcare plans to ensure efficient routing.
- Transfer qualified and interested customers to licensed Assured agents, minimizing wait times and ensuring a smooth handoff.

Requirements:

- 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
- Basic computer knowledge, and
- Full-time availability.
- Valid Mexican documents.
