At Totum Talent, we are currently seeking a Social Media Performance Creator for a company dedicated to providing legal services.

OBJECTIVE:

Drive audience growth and engagement by creating high-performing social media content that captures attention, leverages trends, and continuously optimizes results through data-driven testing and iteration.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Create high-volume, short-form content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with platform algorithms and audience behavior.
- Develop engaging hooks and storytelling formats to maximize attention, retention, and engagement.
- Generate and execute content ideas based on trends, performance insights, and marketing strategies.
- Record, edit, and produce video content optimized for digital platforms using industry-standard tools.
- Plan and manage content calendars, coordinating with marketing and creative teams for timely execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach,



engagement, retention) and continuously optimize content through testing and iteration.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to develop and adapt content for advertising campaigns.
- Engage with the audience through comments and messages, fostering interaction and community growth.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve overall performance.

Requisitos

- Advanced English
- Travel Availability
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

- Experience producing social media content for brands, agencies, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media growth mechanics, including hooks, retention patterns, storytelling structures, and viral content formats.
- Proven experience producing high-performing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, hooks, and engagement required.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production workflows
