- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality.
- Advanced English level (interviews in English).
- Knowledge of quality tools including: 8D Problem Solving, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferred Certifications: Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) (for EMS/electronics manufacturing).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
